Daily Update 6

Hi everyone! Today's update is live. As we promised yesterday, the buses in the city now come with their drivers and passengers. Warehouse workers no longer get stuck and teleport back to the start, either.

City and traffic

- City buses now come with their driver, seated at the wheel.
- Bus passengers now sit in their seats.
- The green patch in front of the parking lot retaining wall is gone. The parking lot billboard now shows the BIZTOPIA MARKET ad on both sides.

Warehouse and store

- Warehouse workers who get stuck at the cargo delivery point no longer teleport back to their starting point; they step onto the free floor next to them and keep working.
- The metal warehouse roof, trusses, shutters, doors and glass door handles can now be painted.
- The estate agent now quotes warehouse rent in your selected currency.
- Large shelved products (lawnmower, BBQ, tent and similar) no longer keep you away from the shelf; you can now walk right up to it.

Tablet

- The tablet now opens at 80% of the screen (90% at 720p) with a slightly dimmed backdrop and stronger text and row contrast.

Home

- The front arrow shown while placing an item now uses the same green or red as the item's placement ghost.
- The TV stand, single bed and dishwasher now show the front arrow while being placed too. In co-op, only the player placing the item sees the arrow.
- In homes with many lamps, only the 4 lamps closest to you cast shadows at the same time, so your home runs more smoothly.
- A sofa placed on a rug now stays where the ghost showed it; neither the rug nor the sofa slides.
- Home items that looked sunk into the floor in older saves now settle onto the floor when the save loads, and stay there.

Company

- Company names can now be up to 32 characters and mottos up to 38 on every screen. Long names are scaled down on the warehouse sign instead of being cut off.
- On the company registration form, the name and motto boxes now have their own full-width rows, so long names and mottos show in full.

Story and translation

- The unnecessary "Your uncle says" prefix is gone from the uncle's 51st letter. The Russian questions and answers now use a natural imperative form.
- The remaining cash row on the ad campaign, bank, counter and company registration screens now reads plainly in 9 languages, including Russian, instead of sounding like a bank transaction.

Bug fixes

- The low memory warning is now also checked right before a save loads, and the warning window no longer hides behind the fullscreen game.
- Saving the game no longer delivers Supply orders from the tablet instantly. Orders now arrive when their own time is up, and the remaining time is kept in the save.
